So, today I was having a conversation with someone about drinking habits, and their progression over time and age, and I made the statement about learning “quality over quantity”. The funny thing about this is that a little while later I found a sub-process in my brain thinking about the difference between linux distrobutions, and my preference for Apt. That initial decision was because I feel that it is a higher quality package management system than RPM, though I find myself tending to lean more towards Centos recently because it is binary compatible with Redhat, even though it is RPM based, because the support for it is much higher than for the .deb structure of Apt. The irony that I am switching in my package management systems to a “quantity over quality” system is funny to me.
